Rpcs3 is currently the best emulator for PS3, in fact for now, only runs some of the PS3 games, and these can now be classified as "playable", however to date no emulator can do that yet. The rpcs3 requirements were not disclosed, but you need a good PC. The list of emulated games are growing : Metal Slug 3 , Retro City Rampage , and Sonic CD , IceAge 3 among a few others.
